Mitch Petty has a ’74 Baja Beetle that is the centre-piece for his charity work, the ‘Punch Buggy 4 SickKids’. We are doing a freshen up on the paint and some minor mechanicals. This car has masive amounts of filler on the body from previous work and we will not be taking it to bare metal, we will treat the rust with preventive paint and repaint. Not the way we normally approach a body job, but it’s the only way to work on this particular car.
